About Us
The Rope Skipping Federation of Pakistan (RSFP) is recognized non-profit organization and official Federation of Pakistan affiliated with the Asian Rope Skipping Federation (ARSF) and INTERNATIONAL ROPE SKIPPING FEDERATION (FISAC-IRSF).
Our Objectives:
- Educate to peoples of Pakistan for the best use of Rope Skipping.
- Develop the Rope Skipping as sports in all communities of Pakistan.
- Make awareness about the benefits of the Rope Skipping for the Health.
- Promote rope skipping in Pakistan as recreational and competitive sport.
- Organize rope skipping workshops, competitions, and events in Pakistan.
- Introduce the International Techniques of Rope Skipping in peoples of Pakistan.
- Develop the Rope Skipping as Sports in Schools, Colleges and Universities in Pakistan.
- Regulate ARSF & FISAC rules and procedures for rope skipping competitions in Pakistan.
- Provide the players for the sport on the international level to represent Pakistan in the world.

- We want represent Pakistan in international Championships / competitions and get the world title.
